Project artists/animator Elizabeth Hobbs and Emily Tracy were joined by Professor Malcolm Burrows, Sound Artist Tim Olden, Fiona Fieber from Education at Space Studios, Laura Harford and Anna Ramsey from Up Projects for our first dip of the project.
Despite unusually slow spring a couple of scoops of River Lee water by The White Building in Hackney Wick, produced hundreds of water fleas, cyclops, a Water Louse, an unidentified wiggly thing and a lovely Waterboatman.

As the weather warms up creatures will get larger and we hope to find more variety.
